Buttery Leek

Slowly cook 2 leeks whites (washed and sliced) in 1 tablespoon of rice bran or canola oil and 1-2 tablespoons of butter on low heat until translucent and soft. Takes about 15 minutes.

Note: if dairy is not tolerated – use Nuttelex or another suitable DF Spread. Also for a vegan option
