Oat Bran and banana Pancakes (A)
Makes 12 pancakes (Serves 6)
Ingredients
- 1 cup (100g) wheat free rolled oats
- 1/3 cup (40g) wheat free unprocessed
Choko Omelette
For 2 people you need
GF Weetbix
Gluten Free weetbix or standard weetbix (gluten, wheat) are suitable for a food intolerance diet, and make a healthy breakfast
Potato and Leek Rosti
1.25 kg (2 lb 12 oz) white-skinned potatoes
1 leek, washed
2 eggs, lightly beaten, or equivalent egg
Potato, Leek and Choko Fritters
- 650 g (approx 2 large) white potatoes peeled and grated
- 1 ripe choko peeled and grated
- 2 spring onions sliced
Porridge topped with Yoghurt and Banana (A)
Pepare Uncle Toby’s porridge as per packet instructions
Top with Vanilla yoghurt (lactose free optional) or Soy Vanilla Yoghurt
and
Poached Eggs
Serve Poached eggs on suitable gluten free bread, or preservative and additive free white or wholemeal bread (e.g. Brumby’s)
Dairy & Gluten Free Banana Bread (A)
Ingredients
- 11/2cups gluten-free plain flour
- 1/2cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp. gluten-free baking powder
- ½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 1 cup
French Toast
For 4 People you need
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon CINAMMON* (not for strict)
- 1/4 cup
