Ceasar Style Chicken Wrap


  • 75g chicken breast
  • 1 egg
  • 1 preservative free and yeast free mountain bread wrap (gluten) or suitable GF tortilla
  • ½ cup chopped iceberg lettuce
  • Celery sliced optional
  • optional garnish with chives
  • salt  to taste


  1. Place chicken, ¼ tsp salt and egg in a saucepan with enough cold water to cover by 3cm. Bring to the boil, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove egg, chilling in cold water, and continue to cook chicken for another 3-4 minutes, skimming any white scum from the surface.  Stand chicken for 5 minutes, before removing and slicing.  Peel and roughly chop egg.
  2. Arrange chicken and egg on wrap, top with lettuce and celery
  3. Season, roll wrap and cut into two to serve.
