Serve cooked lamb rissoles with
Braised lentils that have been cooked earlier in the day, and
Left over roast lamb, or freshly cooked lamb chops, cutlets other
Served with Saffron Rice and Cooked
Recipes for this meal idea
Cook at 220°C.
For each 500 grams you need to cook for
Rare 15 – 20 minutes
Medium 20-25 minutes
For low chemical try
Preheat oven 200 °C
Makes 8 rissoles.
1 tbs non gm Canola oil
800 g lamb shoulder fat trimmed cut into 4cm pieces
