Swedish Meatballs with Sweet Potato Mash, Red Cabbage and Green Beans (S)

Gluten, dairy and moderate salicylates

Prepare Swedish Meatballs up to cooking stage.

Peel SWEET POTATO and cut into chunks and boil, when soft, drain and mash with milk and butter. Season with salt.

While Sweet Potatoes are cooking, fry swedish meatballs, then add stock and simmer etc. (as per swedish meatball recipe)

Meanwhile prepare braised red cabbage.

Serve with microwaved or steamed green beans.
