PEAR CRUMBLE CRUNCH (DF)

Serves 6

  • 1 and 1/2  large 800g  cans of pear in syrup drained and cut in chunks
  • ¾ cup (65g)  oats¹ or wheat freee oats
  • 2½ tablespoons brown sugar
  • 40g butter, melted (or suitable dairy free spread)

Chop pears in bite size chunks and place in oven proof dish

Combine the oats, brown sugar and butter; sprinkle evenly over pears. Place on a tray; bake for 30 minutes or until topping is golden.

Optional add 2 Tablespoons of gluten free plain flour to oat and butter mixture
