cashew crusted chicken

Ingredients

Suitable bread option or suitable potato chips 
75 g cashew nuts
1.5 tbs Non GM Canola oil
4 x 125g skinless chicken breast

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celcius & line 2 large baking trays

Step 2

Place chips or bread, nuts, and oil in a food processor, blend to make crust – do not overblend!

Step 3

Place a ¼ of the crust mixture from step 3 onto each chicken breast and bake for 15– 20 minutes or until cooked through

Note

For low chemical serve with baked scalloped potatos or chips and green beans or a simple cabbage slaw
