Oat Bran and banana Pancakes (A)
Makes 12 pancakes (Serves 6)
Ingredients
- 1 cup (100g) wheat free rolled oats
- 1/3 cup (40g) wheat free unprocessed
Caramalised Pears
Serves 4
- 4 firm packham pears (cored and peeled thickly, halved or sliced)
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp Nuttelex or
Vanilla Soy Pudding
- 1 & 1/2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 1/4 cup vanilla soy milk (calcium enriched)
- 1 cup tofu
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
