EASY DAIRY FREE AND GLUTEN FREE VANILLA CUSTARD

Ingredients

3 TBS GF Cornflour

1 TBS Sugar

400 mls of Rice Milk

1-2 tps of pure vanilla essence

Method

1Mix cornflour and sugar together with 1–2 tablespoons of rice milk to form a smooth paste.

2 Add the remaining rice milk. Stir until lumps dissolve.

3 Cook in the microwave for 1–2 minutes until thickened or stir constantly in a saucepan on the stove top until thickened.

4 Add the vanilla
