Pumpkin and Asparagus Chicken Pasta Bake (S)

This is a variation of our standard Chicken Pasta Bake. Prior to adding the crumb topping and baking mix the following vegetables through the chicken pasta and sauce

  • Steamed or microwaved Butternut Pumpkin (S) – 1 and 1/2 cups cubed about 1.5 cm
  • Steamed or microwaved Asparagus (S) – 1 bunch cut in about 1.5 cm slices – remove hard end before slicing and cooking.

Do not overcook vegetables they should be just cooked and firm to the touch.
