Pumpkin and Asparagus Chicken Pasta Bake (S)
- Steamed or microwaved Butternut Pumpkin (S) – 1 and 1/2 cups cubed about 1.5 cm
- Steamed or microwaved Asparagus (S) – 1 bunch cut in about 1.5 cm slices – remove hard end before slicing and cooking.
Do not overcook vegetables they should be just cooked and firm to the touch.
This recipe is moderate salicylate, contains dairy and gluten.
