- 200 g CARROTS , chopped
- 200 g yellow-orange SWEET POTATO, chopped
- 400g white potato peeled and chopped
- 25g butter or Nuttelex dairy free spread
Put the carrots, sweet potatoes and potato in a large pan of salted water, bring to the boil, then cook for 12 mins or until vegetables are soft.
Remove from heat and drain water, then mash with Butter or Nuttelex
Add extra salt for seasoning
