Per Person
- 120–150g white fish fillet (must be very fresh for low histamine/amine)
- 1/2 cup mashed pumpkin
- 1/2 cup steamed choko or zucchini
Optional add 1/2 cup of green beans
Instructions:,
- Steam or bake fish with olive oil and sea salt.
- Boil pumpkin and mash with olive oil and a dash of salt.
- Steam vegetables gently.
Note for Moderate Salicylates use Choko or peeled zucchini, and light olive oil or other suitable oils
