🟢 ✅ White Fish with pumpkin and Choko or Zucchini

Per Person

  • 120–150g white fish fillet (must be very fresh for low histamine/amine)
  • 1/2 cup mashed pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup steamed choko or zucchini

Optional add 1/2 cup of green beans

Instructions:,

  1. Steam or bake fish with olive oil and sea salt.
  2. Boil pumpkin and mash with olive oil and a dash of salt.
  3. Steam vegetables gently.

Note for Moderate Salicylates use Choko or peeled zucchini, and light olive oil or other suitable oils
