GREMOLATA INSPIRED- ZESTY PARSLEY AND GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE [GF]

Serves 2-4

  • 2 tablespoons  butter
  • 1  Garlic clove  , minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon Citric Acid
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh flat leaf parsley
  1. Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat. Add citric acid and garlic and stir 30 seconds.

Serve with fish, lamb, chicken or over ASPARAGUS
