Baked Whole Sweet Potato with Creme Fraiche and Chives (S)


This is Nice for lunch, or served with steak or roast chicken.

  • 1 small  Orange Sweet Potato per person (100 to 200 grams no more)
  • 1 TBS  sour cream or Creme Fraiche (french sour cream) per person
  • Chives


  1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Place the sweet potatoes on a baking tray. Roast in oven for 45 minutes or until tender.

  2. Cut a slit lengthways along the sweet potatoes and open slightly. Top with sour cream and sprinkle with chives.
