- 1/3 cup white quinoa (well-rinsed)
- 2/3 cup water + 1/3 cup rice milk
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 peeled ripe pear (steam or poached for easy digestion)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions:
- Rinse quinoa thoroughly and cook in water + plant milk over low heat for ~15 minutes.
- Add pear during last 5 minutes to soften.
- Drizzle maple syrup if desired.
