Easy Cashew Sauce

I use this sauce in chicken or lamb stirfry, and drizzled over grilled chicken or meatballs.

  • 2 small cloves Garlic
  • 1 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 cups Raw Cashews

Optional for a sweeter sauce

  • add a tablespoon of golden syrup

Soak raw cashews in water for 2 hours

Place soaked cashew in a bowl with the water and other ingredients except spring onion.

Using a stick blender, blend until a smooth consistency.

Will keep in the fridge for a up to 4 days. Can be frozen.
