- 1 CARROT , peeled and grated (optional moderate salicylate)
- optional 1 shallot stem green sliced thin (optional)
- other suitable veg (e.g. celery, mung beans) optional
- Suitable Dressing e.g. Buttermilk Dressing or Home Made Friendly Garlic Mayo or Mayo following the recipe in the RPAH Allergy Unit Cookbook, or other
