  • 4 cups cabbage (green or red or mixed)  thinly sliced
  • 1 CARROT *, peeled and grated (optional)
  • optional 1 shallot stem green sliced thin (optional)
  • other suitable veg (e.g. celery, mung beans) optional
  • Suitable Dressing: Buttermilk Dressing or Home Made  Friendly Garlic Mayo or Mayo following the recipe in the RPAH Allergy Unit Cookbook, or other


  1. Combine cabbage and other vegetables
  2. Add Dressing
