Ingredients
- 1 small Garlic Clove
- 1/2-3/4 Cup of Raw Cashew
- 3 Cups of Celery Leaves (loosely packed)
- 1/2 Cup of flat leaf Parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon of citric acid
- 3/4 cup of rice bran or canola oil
Method
Combine all ingredients in a food processor, and blend until desired consistency
Optional season with a little salt
