Oat and Cinnamon Granola (DF)

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup rice bran oil
  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the rice bran oil and rice malt syrup over low heat until well combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the granola is golden brown and crisp.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
