- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup rice bran oil
- 1/4 cup rice malt syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a small saucepan, heat the rice bran oil and rice malt syrup over low heat until well combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is well coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until the granola is golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and let cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
