Paw Paw or Papaya with Maple Yoghurt (A)


This is a simple dessert – healthier snack/treat

Top 1/2 to 1 cup chopped Paw Paw   with 3-4 tablespoons of plain yoghurt, then drizzle with 1 – 2 teaspoons of Maple Syrup.

Note: if quite sensitive to lactose serve papaya/pawpaw served with lactose free Vanilla yoghurt instead
