Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Carrot grated
- 3/4 cup Zucchini (peel for moderate salicylates)
- 2 tsp Maple Syrup
- 1.5 TBS each plain Greek yoghurt
- 2 TBS of raw cashews
Method
Combine ingredients, adding nuts just before serving
Notes
- Optional add some grated ginger if you can tolerate a liberal chemical diet – this is low in amines and glutamate but contains higher salicylates
