Pepare Uncle Toby’s porridge as per packet instructions
Top with Vanilla yoghurt (lactose free optional) or Soy Vanilla Yoghurt
and sliced BANANA (higher amines)
Variation: swap Vanilla Yoghurt to plain and drizzle with pure maple syrup
Notes
For less Amines (moderate level) only have a small amount of banana and make sure it is not over ripe
