Ingredients
- 400g CARROT
- 1 tbsp gf cornflour
- 1 tbsp suitable vegetable oil
Method
- Heat oven to 200C/180C fan/gas 6. Peel and Cut carrots into ‘fries’, about 1cm thick,
- Coat with cornflour then toss in the oil
- spread in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment, and bake for 40-45 mins, turning halfway.
