Ingredients

  • 100g Peeled Orange SWEET POTATO per person
  • Drizzle of suitable oil (for moderate chemical use rice bran, canola or light olive oil )
  • Salt for seasoning

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. 

1 Chop the sweet potato into 1 cm chunks

2 Spread on baking tray lined with baking paper

3 Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt

4 Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown

Serve hot, or cooled in a salad
