Ingredients
- 100g Peeled Orange SWEET POTATO per person
- Drizzle of suitable oil (low salicylate are canola, sunflower or rice bran, or light olive oil (MS))
- Salt for seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced.
1 Chop the sweet potato into 1 cm chunks
2 Spread on baking tray lined with baking paper
3 Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt
4 Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown
Serve hot, or cooled in a salad
