Ingredients
- 100g Peeled Orange SWEET POTATO (S) per person
- Drizzle of oil (canola, sunflower or rice bran)
- Salt for seasoning
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced.
1 Chop the sweet potato into 1 cm chunks
2 Spread on baking tray lined with baking paper
3 Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt
4 Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown
Serve hot, or cooled in a salad
