🟧 ⚠️Green Pea and White Bean Mash

  • 400 gram can of Cannellini Beans, rinsed
  • 400 gram frozen peas, thawed (moderate glutamate)
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons of lemon juice for low amine (and ED2) substitute 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid with 1 tablespoon of water
  • 2 tablespoon rice bran oil, or
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed flat leaf parsley leaves
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salt to season

  1. Process ingredients in food processor until almost smooth. Season with salt
  2. Transfer to a saucepan; cook and stir over moderate heat 3 minutes or until heated.
