Moderate Glutamate
- 400 gram can of Cannellini Beans, rinsed
- 400 gram frozen peas, thawed
- 1 – 2 tablespoons of lemon juice substitute (to make 1 tablespoon mix 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid with 1 tablespoon of water)
- 2 tablespoon rice bran oil, or
- 1/2 cup loosely packed flat leaf parsley leaves
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt to season
- Process ingredients in food processor until almost smooth. Season with salt
- Transfer to a saucepan; cook and stir over moderate heat 3 minutes or until heated.
