For this recipe you need
- 1 small chicken breast gently poached – still slightly pink
- 3 eggs
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 – 2 tspn finely chopped chives from herb garden
Mix in a blender until completely smooth and the consistency of a thick pancake batter.
Heat pan with suitable fat or oil. Add a dollop of batter, spread out into pancake shape. Flip when bubbling and cook other side.
