Braised red cabbage (GF, DF, VG)

For 4 people for a side you need

  • 1/2 small red cabbage – shredded
  • 1 – 2 tablespoons of brown sugar or Maple Syrup (depending on desired sweetness)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid

Combine ingredients in a glass microwave dish or pot

Microwave or heat in pot until softened, stir prior to serving.
