Beef & Veg Noodle Bowl

Ingredients

  • 7 oz organic beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 1.5 oz rice noodles
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 1/2 small cucumber, sliced (peel for moderate Salicylate diet)
  • Optional 2 radish, sliced (leave out for a moderate salicylate diet)
  • Handful cilantro

Instructions

Thread the thinly sliced steak onto bamboo or metal skewers. Grill until cooked to your liking. Set aside.

Cook the rice noodles according to the packet instructions. Drain.

Place the rice noodles in the bottom of a large bowl. Top with the carrot, cucumber, radish and skewers. Sprinkle with cilantro.

Enjoy immediately.

Notes
