🟢 GF Potato Pastry

Ingredients

  • 400 g white skinned potato peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rice bran oil
  • 150g (1 cup) gluten free self raising flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon iodised salt
  • 1 egg beaten or equivalent egg replacer

Instructions

Boil the potatoes 15 minutes or until tend, drain and mash

Combine with oil in a large bowl then add sifted dry ingredients and enough egg to mix to a smooth dough.

Knead on a lightly floured board until smooth

Roll the dough out on a lightly floured surface into a 35 cm square
