This dish is inspired by the recipe from Taste, pictured. A few changes have been made to make it friendler.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of white beans (canned or presoaked and cooked)
- 2 tbsp of DF spread (e.g. Nuttelex) or butter if dairy tolerated
- 1 leek sliced
- 1 bunches asparagus, trimmed, halved widthwise

Melt half of the Dairy Free Spread (or butter) and add leeks cook until softened (optional add some garlic)

Add beans

Add remaining spread and asparagus cook until tender
