🟩 Oat Porridge with Pear and Maple Drizzle (dfo)

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats (labelled wheat-free if needed)
  • 1 cup water or milk of choice (rice milk for dairy-free; cow’s milk if tolerated)
  • ½ ripe pear, peeled and thinly sliced (peel for RPAH/Failsafe)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or rice malt syrup (optional, for gentle sweetness)

Method

  1. Cook oats in water or milk until soft and creamy (about 5 minutes).
  2. Top with fresh pear slices.
  3. Drizzle with maple syrup or rice malt syrup.
  4. Serve warm.
