Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats (labelled wheat-free if needed)
- 1 cup water or milk of choice (rice milk for dairy-free; cow’s milk if tolerated)
- ½ ripe pear, peeled and thinly sliced (peel for RPAH/Failsafe)
- 1 tsp maple syrup or rice malt syrup (optional, for gentle sweetness)
Method
- Cook oats in water or milk until soft and creamy (about 5 minutes).
- Top with fresh pear slices.
- Drizzle with maple syrup or rice malt syrup.
- Serve warm.
