Per person you will need
You will need
- 60 grams Gluten free Macaroni or Elbows (about 1/2 cup uncooked, 1 cup cooked)
- about a 1/4 cup of home made pumpkin soup
- 1 tablespoon of cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1/4 cup of green peas
- Salt for seasoning
Method
Cook Pasta as directed, adding green peas for the last 2 minutes, stir through pumpkin soup and cream cheese.
Season with salt and serve and enjoy
