🟢  Quinoa Porridge with Steamed Pear

  • 1/3 cup white quinoa (well-rinsed)
  • 2/3 cup water + 1/3 cup rice milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 peeled ripe pear (steam or poached for easy digestion)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

  1. Rinse quinoa thoroughly and cook in water + plant milk over low heat for ~15 minutes.
  2. Add pear during last 5 minutes to soften.
  3. Drizzle maple syrup if desired.
