Chicken with Creamy Parsley Sauce

For FID 1, IC/PBS and migraine Friendly

Serve with rice or potato mash and rice and brussels and beans

For FID 2, IC/PBS and migraine friendly (low amines and glutamate)

Serve with Sweet potato chips and beans and asparagus, OR

Mash and carrots and beans

For FID3 IC/PBS

can also have BROCCOLI if tolerated.

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • Chicken tenders or breast 2 pack
  • Rice Flour
  • Garlic
  • Cream
  • Parsley
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

Coat Chicken breast with rice flour

Cook in oil 3 - 6 minutes each side - until no longer pink

Transfer to a plate and let rest

Meanwhile add garlic to pan low to medium, and cook a litte before adding cream and parsley cooking for around 2 minutes

Add Chicken back in
