Home made Burgers are a great friday night alternative to takeaway.  Burger  Meat options: -Beef Patty,  Veal Patty,  Chicken schnitzel, lamb patty,  fish,

For a very simple beef patty simply add a tbs of chives to beef and shape, this tastes fine. Otherwise do a more tradition beef patty made from mince, suitable breadcrumbs and egg or egg replacer.

Serve on a bun – gluten free if necessary.  you can also make a bunless burger, by serving into iceberg lettuce leaf.

Add suitable salad veggies or coleslaw

optional add fried egg

optional add home made mayonnaise 

optional serve with home made baked chips, or suitable plain potato crisps
