Bok Choy Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups finely chopped bok choy (about 4 leaves)
  • 1 ½ cups finely chopped wombok cabbage (about 6 leaves)
  • 3 green onions,
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of citric acid ( or 1 ½ to 2 Tablespoons lemon juice if tolerated - histamine/amines !)
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

Instructions

Mix bok choy, wombok, green onions (and cilantro/coriander if using)

Combine other ingredients and pour over dressing
