Serves 4
- 2 cups Savoy cabbage shredded
- 1 Cup Carrot grated
- 1 tablespoon of butter or Nuttelex (DF)
- 2 tbsp Cream (can leave out for dairy free
- 1/4 tsp pinch NUTMEG optional (S)
- Bring a pan of water to the boil and add the cabbage and carrots. Boil for 6 mins until just tender, then drain. Return to the hot pan and add the butter and cream.
- Add nutmeg if using
