For a friendly (moderate food chemical) adaption swap Kent for butternut pumpkin, peel the zucchini, leave out feta and dill and lemon peel, use light olive oil or swap to another friendly oil as per recommended by the RPAH Allergy Unit. in the Friendly Food Cookbook
