Pear Crumble (Minor Gluten, DF, VG)

Oats are gluten free but contain an ingredient that may be concern for celiac

 

Serves 8

Ingredients

  • 1 can of pear in syrup (825 grams) drained and chopped into 1.5 to 2 cm chunks

For a more indulgent crumble and treat you can double the crumble topping if you wish

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan forced).
  2. Place the chopped pears  in a suitable sized  baking dish.
  3. Cook  on HIGH in microwave for 2 minutes or until warmed through.
  4. In small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  5. Mix with fingertips until it resembles an even crumb texture.
  6. Top the apple with the crumb mixture and bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until the crumble is golden brown.
