This marinated tofu (used in the marinated tofu and asian green recipe) can also be added to rice or rice noodles and a low chemical vegetable stir-fry (e.g. red and green cabbage, spring onion, mung beans, choko thinly sliced) for a strict elimination diet To make the marinade combine 1/3 cup oil, spring onions, garlic, parsley, citric acid and a generous pinch of salt in a large bowl Cut tofu into short strips and place in bowl with the marinade, mixing to ensure all pieces are coated.
