- 1 cup plain yoghurt, Greek style
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- ½ cucumber (S), grated or finely diced (Peel cumcumber for moderate salicylates)
- 1/3 tsp citric acid
- salt to taste
Mix together in a bowl. Use as a sauce or as a dip served with Sakata rice crackers (or other suitable savoury cracker) and or suitable veg sticks like celery and carrot
Note: This recipe is RPA food intolerance diet friendly when cucumber is peeled (moderate approach), with peel it is classified as RPA Simpler which allows for some higher amine, glutamate or salicylate foods.
