Food & Recipes

The recipes at this site are based on foods that are reduced in salicylates > low, >> moderate >>> higher (at 100 g).  They are also histamine – amines [A]and glutamates [G] unless otherwise indicated. 

Many of the recipes are also suitable for people with gluten sensitivity and problems with dairy, or can be easily modified (usually).

Not all people with food intolerance have problems with gluten and dairy.
