Notes Leave out ginger if not tolerated and for RPAH Liberal. Ginger is considered a very high salicylate food but may be tolerated in small amounts. To reduce to moderate salicylates leave out ginger and swap to grated Pear. Do not use suggested swaps for moderate salicylate or garnish with nuts or seeds for RPAH Aware.
