🟩 Warm Pear & Rice Porridge

Ingredients

  • ½ cup cooked white rice (fresh or thawed from frozen)
  • ½ cup rice milk or oat milk (unsweetened)
  • ½ pear, peeled and chopped (peel optional if salicylates tolerated)
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional, if tolerated)

Method

  1. Combine rice, milk, and pear in a saucepan.
  2. Simmer gently 5–7 min until pear is soft and porridge is creamy.
  3. Sweeten with maple syrup and serve warm.
