For 4 People we used:
- 800g white potato
- 400g sweet potato
But you can change the amounts to suit your taste — try equal parts, or even more sweet potato if you prefer.
Instructions:
- Peel both the white and sweet potatoes.
- Cut into chunks about 2–3 cm wide.
- Boil or microwave until soft.
- Drain and mash with a little butter or Nuttelex (dairy-free).
- Add salt to taste.
Serving suggestion:
Great with lamb cutlets and green beans — or choose any protein and green veg that suits your needs.
