🟢 Tofu Sour Cream

Ingredients

  • 350 grams Package Silken tofu
  • 1/2 teaspoon citric acid (failsafe) or if tolerated 2 Tbsp Lemon juice (Liberal amine and salicylate diet)
  • 2 Tsp Sugar
  • Dash Salt

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Refrigerate at least 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Keeps in the refrigerator for about a week.
