Ingredients
- ½ cup cooked white rice (fresh or thawed from frozen)
- ½ cup rice milk or oat milk (unsweetened)
- ½ pear, peeled and chopped (peel optional if salicylates tolerated)
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- Pinch of cinnamon (optional, if tolerated)
Method
- Combine rice, milk, and pear in a saucepan.
- Simmer gently 5–7 min until pear is soft and porridge is creamy.
- Sweeten with maple syrup and serve warm.
